This signature property is dedicated to outdoor living and all that it entails. The poolside cabana boasts a living room, changing rooms and a prep kitchen for serving and entertaining. The surrounding patios and skillfully landscaped areas provide an outdoor dining area, poolside lounging, and soothing sounds of water provided by a pond and stream feature. For added luxury, an expertly designed putting green sits just adjacent to the pool. A hot tub is located within the infinity-edge pool, which extends the line of sight into the expansive mountain views beyond enhancing the experience with the sounds of flowing water. The pool is heated, as are snowmelt pathways, allowing for this outdoor Aspen oasis to be enjoyed year-round.

Despite being located on steep sloping lot, the homeowners still dreamed of a pool to complete their well-appointed home.  With thoughtful design, we were able to provide a luxurious pool and spa area in basement of the home.  Expansive ceilings and the use of a large light well enhance the space, making a light and bright space for year-round relaxation.   

While this long and narrow pool may not be regulation size, it’s the perfect spot to swim some laps while enjoying the mountain air. A chic indoor living space—supplied with a wet bar, sauna and massage room—can be transformed into an outdoor living space with the touch of a button. The large lift-and-slide door is electronic and opens to the outside world so that swimmers can easily dry off under the famous Colorado sunshine or while gazing at the stars.

This mountain home is nestled up against the hillside, which means there wasn’t much opportunity for an outdoor pool. Thankfully the homeowner desired his watery escape to sit at the heart of the home, right off of the master suite so he can wake up, immediately go for a swim, and then choose between a visit to the massage room, steam room or sauna. A triangular window allows just enough light into the space without sacrificing the seemingly candlelit, private-spa atmosphere. 

This indoor pool area is playfully decorated with vintage life preservers and a large mirror that reflects the outdoor space just beyond its glass doors. A fireplace sits just beyond this frame, so the owners and their guests can quickly warm up and dry off on the plush seating for an evening of post-swim drinks.
