For the 22nd year, the Summit County Builders Association proudly hosts the 2016 Summit County Parade of Homes, which raises the bar on mountain home construction. This year’s entries include custom homes, mountain modern homes, renovated cabins, and more.

Which home do you like best? The competition is fierce… Mountain Living invites you to take a look at each of the following 15 homes and then vote for your favorite below! 

1. 318 Flyline Drive, Silverthorne

While Lake Dillon may prove to be an enormous draw for visitors and residents of Summit County, there’s a well-kept secret at Angler Mountain Ranch—it has its own lake. There is also abundant open space with hiking trails, a fishing pond, a clubhouse, and extensive panoramic views.


2. 126 Hamilton Creek Trail, Silverthorne

With its multi-linear roofs and expansive westward facing windows, this modern mountain marvel perfectly reflects the sweeping Ten Mile and Gore Ranges just across the valley.
