The Revival of Steamboat Food and Wine

Dine and sip among culinary talent this autumn in the Rockies

A “Top Chef” winner, an abundance of James Beard nominees and a roundup of renowned master sommeliers: Steamboat Food and Wine Festival may be returning after a two-year hiatus, but the fest hasn’t missed a beat.

From October 3-6, 2019, the Yampa Valley town will host visiting and local chefs for an exploration of cuisine for outgoing epicureans. For those familiar with Colorado’s dining scene, you may recognize some of the names on the stellar lineup including Blackbelly Market’s Hosea Rosenberg and Caroline Glover of Stanley Marketplaces’ Annette.

Complete with helpful demonstrations, seminars and good eats every day to navigate through, here’s an amuse-bouche of what the fest is offering this fall.
