Snow Bear Chalets—the world’s first ski-in/ski-out modern nests—are located in Northwestern Montana at Whitefish Mountain Resort and are available for rent for the first time in the 2017-2018 winter season, on HomeAway.com. The homes are luxurious and truly magical.

“At some point in our lives, I think we’ve all dreamed of living in a storybook treehouse,” says Snow Bear developer Gail Lynne Goodwin, who modeled this project after her most successful creation, Glacier Bear Retreat, built four years ago inside the boundaries of nearby Glacier National Park.

“Just because we’re adults doesn’t mean that dream has to end—even if it’s only for a week!”

The Ponderosa is a cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury chalet, complete with a private deck and hot tub.
