Capturing Colorado With The Pro

Sign up for a photography workshop taught by John Fielder

Colorado's beauty is bountiful with photo opportunities around every corner, and yet amateur photos never quite do the landscape justice. Well, now's your chance to learn how to capture Colorado's beauty from a pro.

Leading landscape photographer John Fielder is hosting photography workshops this summer, just in time for Colorado's wildflower season. These one-day workshops include a slide lecture at Gary Soles Gallery in Breckenridge from 9 am-1 pm, a break for lunch and then a two-hour walk around the town photographing historic buildings.

Later, attendees will pick up boxed gourmet dinners and head north to the Lower Blue River Valley for a chance to snap the sunset, some early wildflowers and maybe even a bald eagle and chicks. Two additional instructors will join the workshop, insuring everyone has guidance.

John also instructs the use of Adobe Lightroom during his workshops allowing participants, among other things, to make black and white images from their color photographs.

Space is limited (only 5 spots left in the Saturday workshop, and 7 spots left in the Sunday workshop!), so be sure to get your tickets fast.
