A Western-chic, contemporary-art event in Denver
An evening with artist Duke Beardsley and Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club
Sixth generation Coloradan, and unapologetic fan of “all things cowboy,” Duke Beardsley has been drawn to painting the American West for as long as he can remember.
Raised both in Denver and on a 1000-acre cattle ranch in Eastern Colorado, Duke’s “duel/dual” upbringing is the foundation for his unique blend of traditional western iconography and contemporary art sensibilities.
On November 16, guests gathered at Attimo Wine Bar in downtown Denver for an evening of fine art, cuisine and western-authenticity hosted by Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club.
The luxurious evening featured works of art by Duke Beardsley, and Beardsley himself painting a work of art “live,” that was auctioned off at the end of the evening. Proceeds benefitted Steamboat Springs water conservation nonprofit organization, the Yampa River Fund.
Guests enjoyed exceptional culinary delights, a private Attimo Wine barrel room wine tasting, craft cocktails, and more.
It was another fabulous event put on by our friends at Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club.
Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club is a 1,216-acre land preservation community development in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The ranch features 63, five-acre homesites, 900 acres of open space, and a wildlife preserve–yet is located only 10 minutes from downtown Steamboat and 5 minutes to the ski area.
