2018 Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes

The 2018 Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes, presented by Colorado Group Realty, is on Saturday, August 11, 2018. The Parade of Homes charitable event provides an opportunity to visit illustrious and unique homes in Steamboat Springs. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the Routt County United Way. 

Parade-goers can do a self-guided tour or ride along on an executive shuttle. The parade runs from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The executive shuttle requires reservations in advance and departs from Colorado Group Realty's downtown office at 11:00 am. 

Tickets are $30 per person for the self-guided tour and $50 for the executive shuttle-guided service complete with complimentary gift bag and lunch. Tickets can be purchased online or at the downtown office at 509 Lincoln Ave.
