2017 Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes
Visit illustrious properties in one of Colorado’s most beautiful mountain towns
The 2017 Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes, presented by Colorado Group Realty, is your opportunity to visit illustrious properties throughout one of Colorado’s most beautiful mountain towns.
The Parade, on Saturday August 12, 2017, is a fundraiser for the Colorado Group Realty Charitable Foundation. The proceeds from this year’s event will benefit Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports. STARS provides year-round, affordable recreational and educational programs for children, veterans, and adults with special needs.
This year, shuttle service can be purchased or parade-goers can do the self-guided tour from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Shuttle service requires reservations in advance and will depart the downtown office at 11:00 AM.
Tickets are $30 per person for the self-guided tour and $50 for executive van service with complimentary gift bag. Tickets can be purchased online or at CGR downtown office located at 509 Lincoln Ave.
