Steamboat Springs may be best known for its world-class skiing, but in the summer, this peaceful mountain town offers a whole different host of world-class events and classic western charm.

Steamboat Pro Rodeo Series: July 17, 18, 24, 25, 31 and August 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22
Witness classic rodeo events from Bull Riding to Barrel Racing every Friday and Saturday night in downtown Steamboat Springs.

Steamboat Wine Festival: August 5-9
At this festival, guests can sample over 500 different wines, beers, and spirits, as well as gourmet food from top local restaurants, all while enjoying the stunning scenery Steamboat has to offer.

Steamboat All Arts Festival: August 10-16
Enjoy a weeklong celebration of visual and performance arts, including concerts featuring nationally recognized musicians, gallery tours and painting workshops, and a performance of Candide by the Emerald City Opera.

USA Pro Challenge: Stage 1: August 15-18
Cheer on the world’s best cyclists as they begin their race with a circuit start in Steamboat Springs, offering great spectator opportunities in town and along the race route. Recreational riders can get in on the action with Go Ride Steamboat, a race that gives participants the chance to feel like a pro.

Steamboat Labor Day & Wild West Air Fest: September 5-6
