Correction: It's High Camp Home, not High Point Home!
Yikes! We've just discovered that we made a mistake in our January/February issue and we'd like to clear it up right away.
In our High-Country Hot List story, which features some of the best places to see and things to do in the mountains, we highlight a few of our favorite stops in the tiny town of Truckee, California. One of them is High Camp Home, a lovely boutique where you'll find rustic-chic home furnishings and accessories, plus expert interior design services. Only we didn't write High Camp Home in our story. We wrote High Point Home. Perhaps we were thinking about the upcoming High Point furniture market in North Carolina. Or maybe we'd just had a bit too much egg nog. Either way, we messed up, and we apologize for the confusion.
And we really do think you should stop by High Camp Home the next time you're in Truckee—or visit them online here. Because where else are you going to find a light fixture like this…

Or the perfect-for-New-Year's-Eve bar cart, like this…

Or a rustic sleigh checkerboard for the game room, like this…

Oh, what a difference a word makes. Thanks for reading, and have a very happy new year!
