A Must-Visit Booth at the Crested Butte Arts Festival
Inspiration abounds in Crested Butte, Colorado, with its unmatched scenery and natural landscape filled with changing colors and textures. Kim Raines, Owner of Mountain Colors Paint Store + Design Shop, finds the nature surrounding her everyday informs her work.
Raines and her team will bring her vision to life in the Art of Living Design Suite at the 2018 Crested Butte Arts Festival. The festival produces an annual, nationally recognized Festival presenting a broad spectrum of the arts, whose proceeds perpetuate the Festival and also provide for year-round, sustainable arts outreach programs for the community of the Gunnison Valley.
For the Art of Living Design Suite, Raines says, “We are focusing on how nature inspires design, and how to bring color you are inspired by while outside, inside. Color can bring excitement and attention to an otherwise neutral surrounding.” From light fixtures to paint, Raines will highlight how to bring that pop of color to your home.
