Trinchera Reserve & Lodge is one of the largest private conservation reserves in the United States. Covering over 17,000 acres across Colorado’s Sangre de Cristo Mountains, it is a world entirely unto itself. “The Lodge includes 16 guestrooms and two exclusive private residences designed for those who find themselves at home in the wilderness,” says Dave Norden, general manager of hospitality at Trinchera Reserve & Lodge. The Schoolhouse Wellness Center features a fitness facility, treatment rooms, a sauna and cold plunge and a hot tub. “In many ways, this is an entirely new, all-inclusive experience as this is the first time Trinchera has been open to bookings.”

Dining at Trinchera features menus that highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients, creating refined mountain cuisine that feels both authentic and elevated. Guests can enjoy field picnics and meals that are set up across various activity points and centered around the Apache Cabin and Stone Cabin outposts.
