2016 Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes

Don’t miss the 2016 Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes! Colorado Group Realty will host their 2016 Routt County Home of the Year Parade on Saturday, August 13th, 2016 from 10 am to 4 pm. Be a sponsor of the parade, or all home owners, architects, builders and designers are invited to show off their work at the Home of the Year Award event. The tour will feature about 6 homes located throughout Steamboat Springs.

The Parade raises funds for the Colorado Group Realty Charitable Foundation. The owners of Colorado Group Realty formed the 501 (c) (3) Foundation in late 2006 to support non-profits throughout the Yampa Valley. The Brokers of CGR personally contribute to this foundation with each real estate transaction that they close. Since 2006, the Foundation has raised and distributed over $100,000 to nonprofits in the Yampa Valley. This year the net proceeds from the Parade of Homes will be donated to Steamboat STARS (Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports).

$20 for adults
$35 for tickets including transportation; must be booked in advance
