The Breckenridge Wine Classic returns this September. Here's a list of must-attend events
Pairing wine with mountain adventure from Sept. 16-18, the Breckenridge Wine Classic is the Rocky Mountain region’s premier celebration of food and wine.
Guests have the opportunity to experience more than 100 wineries, breweries, distilleries, food artisans over the weekend, with seminars, tastings and luncheons for everyone.
The full weekend schedule, offering a lineup of Breck Uncorked paired meal series, active luncheons, tasting seminars and more, has been officially announced. Tickets for various events, ranging from $75 to $225, are now available online.
Breck Uncorked: Italian Dreams Dinner
Thursday, Sept. 16, 7 p.m., Rootstalk ($125)
Winemaker Jon Schlegel takes guests on this Italian journey with his Attimo wines. Chef Matt Vawter of Rootstalk, Breckenridge’s newest elevated dining experience, will pair Attimo with an approachable seasonal menu with an ode to upscale comfort food.
Breck Uncorked: Classic Colorado Dinner
Thursday, Sept. 16, 7 p.m., Carboy Winery ($125)
Led by Executive Chef Scott Hybbeneth, the Classic Colorado paired dinner offers a five-course meal featuring fresh local ingredients, thoughtfully paired with the latest Carboy Wines.
Breck Uncorked: Better Off Red Dinner
Thursday, Sept. 16, 7 p.m., Hearthstone ($135)
Executive Chef Michael Halpin creates a menu highlighting the very best of the Rocky Mountain Region. Relish select red wines from Alexander Valley Vineyards Estate and Reserve portfolios, paired with a meat-focused menu.
Breck Uncorked: Knock Your Sakes Off Dinner
Thursday, Sept. 16, 7 p.m., One Ski Hill Place ($135)
Enjoy Asian fusion cuisine with eclectic, live-action stations. This unseated dinner features samples of sushi, ramen, sake, wine and whiskey. Sommelier Sean Razee takes guests on an Asian tour where cultures collide in this unique, interactive dining experience.
Meat Me In Breck Lunch
Friday, Sept. 17, 12 p.m., 9600 Kitchen ($75)
Executive Chef Jimmie and his team at 9600 Kitchen take pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients. Experience live-action stations and live music at this unseated, authentic Southern BBQ lunch, Texas-style! Big bold wines and smooth whiskey round out the menu from Alexander Valley Vineyards esteemed portfolio.
Uncharted Territories Lunch

Salud to Spain Lunch
Saturday, Sept. 18, 12 p.m., Giampietro Pasta & Pizzeria ($85)
Master Sommelier’s Sean Razee and Damon Ornowski will guide guests on a Spanish culinary journey, pairing some of the finest Spanish wines with a rare, off-menu Spanish feast from the culinary team at Giampietro.
Bubble Trouble Hike & Lunch
Saturday, Sept. 18, 10 a.m., Cabin Juice ($85)
