What inspired Epicurean Passport Weekend, and how has it evolved over the past six years?

SL: Epicurean Passport Weekend was inspired by a desire to celebrate best-in-class, world-class culinary experiences while contributing to the continued success and global reputation of the Aspen Food & Wine Classic.

Over the past six years, it has evolved into a highly curated platform that brings together some of the finest talent in the food, wine and spirits industries from around the world. What can guests expect from “The Winner’s Table” that goes beyond a traditional tasting menu?

SL: “The Winner’s Table” goes beyond a traditional tasting menu by offering a deeply personal and creative expression from the winning chef. It’s an opportunity for them to showcase seasonality, innovation and their unique culinary perspective, while also embracing the essence of Hotel Jerome and Aspen as a world-class destination.

Guests experience not just what they may have seen on screen, but the authenticity of the chef’s craft, brought to life in the kitchen, in real time and in an intimate setting that fosters connection and storytelling.
