2025 Peak Award Winner

Travis Construction

120 Penn Lode Drive, Breckenridge

In Breckenridge’s coveted Shock Hill neighborhood, this mountain traditional estate pairs timeless craftsmanship with modern luxury. Limestone details, custom iron and glass accents, and unobscured views of Peak 7, Peak 8, and the Cucumber Gulch wetlands define its character. Built to entertain, the home features a walnut live-edge bar and dining table, a cinematic theater, spa with sauna and steam, and a curved glass fitness enclosure.

Furniture was curated by JCR Designs with Emily Koch and vendors, while Armani Fine Woodworking provided interior trim and Collective Design added the final touches. Developed by Novus Development, built by Travis Construction, and designed by Allen-Guerra Architecture, it’s an award-winning collaboration. The owners’ first home, also built by Travis, won the Parade 21 years ago. Today, history repeats: this home is the 2025 Peak Award winner and Overall Best in its category.
