Sustainability is core to our philosophy. We are the first builder in North Idaho certified by the Passive Home Institute of the United States. Passive construction takes a scientific approach to human comfort.
In addition to being tremendously energy efficient, passive buildings offer a number of long-term benefits. They are exceptionally resilient – handling the extremes of nature better than traditional construction – and offer superb air quality. They’re also ideal for clients who want their home to be built using products that are more sustainable and leave a lighter footprint on the earth.
