Hygge Life Hosts the Colorado Premiere of Woven Together
Experience an evening that merges photography, memory and human connection.
On Thursday, July 24, 2025, Hygge Life will welcome Marcelo Bengoechea and his heartfelt exhibition Woven Together, a tribute to the woven photographic works of his late brother, Fernando Bengoechea—an acclaimed international photographer known for his work in major publications.
The evening event, held from 5 to 8 p.m., will debut Red Deer, a new piece that captures the quiet beauty of wildlife. All first-time wovens—including Red Deer, Wool, Blondie and Happy Monks—will be exclusive to Hygge Life by Marcelo through the end of August. Guests can also enjoy handcrafted, Argentine-inspired cocktails by Träkál and small bites.
Marcelo’s enduring connection to his brother Fernando is woven into every piece—each one a tribute to their shared creative spirit. “I made it my mission to keep his art alive by hand-weaving Fernando’s images myself. A collaboration between brothers—one in heaven and one on earth,” he says of the upcoming exhibition in an interview. “I follow his path, touching people with the art as I go, inspiring myself—and I hope others—to live life to its fullest potential.”
