Beauty from Every Vantage Point

New windows and doors from Reilly Architectural enhance this classic Hamptons home
Watermill Ps 1

Working on historical renovations continues to be a valuable and rewarding part of our Reilly Architectural brand. We had the privilege of working on a gorgeous traditional-style home located in Water Mill South, a charming hamlet within the iconic town of Southampton in Suffolk County, New York.

The sprawling 13,000 square foot home features seven bedrooms, 10 and a half baths, four fireplaces, a gourmet eat-in kitchen, a finished lower level and wonderful entertaining spaces throughout.

Watermill Ps 7

In addition, the gorgeous four-acre property boasts extensive landscaping along with a heated pool and spa, pool house, tennis courts and a dock just a heartbeat away from Mecox Bay.

The grand estate is quintessentially Hamptons, with shingle style architecture, sloped gambrel rooflines, asymmetrical exteriors and, of course, glass galore.

Watermill Ps 5

The crown jewel of the project, the copious windows and doors were designed by architect Peter Schulte, in partnership with Reilly Architectural. The custom hardwood windows and doors provide a sturdy modern statement to this detailed classical manse.

The weight and chain, double hung windows, a traditional style of window typically used in replacement projects for historical accuracy, are curved in plan and impact rated.

Reilly’s state-of-the-art technology, along with the skilled eyes and careful hands of master craftsmen, are known for producing the highest quality windows, doors, screens shutters, millwork and cabinetry.
