A luxurious, outdoor lifestyle awaits along the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene at the new, 1,000-acre CDA National Reserve Club. Spend time on the 18-hole golf course designed by professional golfer Tom Weiskopf, or hike and bike the bountiful terrain. The club offers tennis, pickleball and swimming and additional amenities deliberately curated to provide a variety of outdoor activities to suit every member.

“The CDA National Reserve Club offers real estate options that include move-in-ready and custom home sites,” says Ron Barnes, director of real estate. “Legacy homesites range from ½-acre to 1.5 acres and are completely builder-ready.” Attuned to the natural surroundings, custom homes feature native wood and stone with metal, structural steel, and glass, resulting in clean lines, natural light, and air-filled spaces that create a sophisticated sensibility.

“We also offer a collection of 24 residences designed by Idaho-based DZign Group Architecture and Morrison Interiors,” says Barnes. “These three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom homes range from 2,350 to 2,676 square feet of interior living space merged seamlessly with gracious, private outdoor living spaces.” Situated along the 17th fairway of the golf course, soaring ceilings and walls of glass flood the spaces with light and offer panoramic views of the breathtaking terrain. Barnes notes, “The Fairway Lodges are under construction now with anticipated move-in during summer of 2026.”

The golf course is thoughtfully designed to provide memorable experiences in a majestic setting, integrating the area’s native grasslands, forested hillsides, and lake vistas. Wildlife shares the environment, and it’s not uncommon to encounter moose, elk, and deer on the land, and bald eagles flying overhead.
