Mountain Living Peak Award Submission Rules
How 2021 Summit County Parade of Homes participants can enter their project in the Peak Award
Mountain Living invites participants in the 2021 Summit County Parade of Homes to enter their project in the Peak Award.
To streamline the process, we will be conducting the judging process differently this year; Judges will review digital images of each home entered in the award competition, selecting the top three homes. Judges will then visit the top three homes and select one winner. The winner will receive the Peak Award at the SCBA Parade of Homes Award Reception.
Firms participating in the Parade of Homes are invited to submit 10 lo res digital images of their home in a non-expiring Dropbox folder. Please make sure and include an exterior shot along with all the major rooms (living areas, kitchen, main bedroom suite as well as any details that show the unique aspects of the home.)
Please complete the entry form with the images.
Send images and entry form to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, Sept. 13 at 9. a.m. Our judging will begin promptly at 9 a.m., late entries will not be accepted.
Our judges will select three finalists and make appointments to visit them on Thursday, September 16. The Peak Award Winner will be announced at the Awards Reception that evening.
