6-8 ounces plain yogurt1/4 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry1/8 teaspoon ground cumindash of salt1/4 teaspoon sugardash of green chile sauceMix together and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.Note: Some Indian chutneys in the international aisle of your market are called relishes. I found one that is called Brinjal Eggplant Relish that is sweet and spicy, and a perfect complement to the above.
