2 tablespoon red miso1 green onion sliced2 mushrooms, sliced2 radishes, slicedBroth:1 ounce konbu (a seaweed variety)1 quart cold water1 ounce dried bonito flakesCombine konbu, water and bonito flakes. Bring to a boil. Stir in miso until dissolved. Add green onion, mushrooms and radishes. Boil another five to seven minutes and serve.Serves 4
