These spicy, easy-to-prepare appetizers are a tasty beginning to an Indian meal.Makes 24 pieces4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts, each cut into 6 pieces1 teaspoon bottled Tandoori paste*2 tablespoons melted butterchopped coriander, for garnishIn a glass dish, coat the chicken pieces with the Tandoori paste. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, turning chicken pieces occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken pieces on a cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with toothpicks.*See Guide to Special Ingredients, p. 114.
