Appetizers- Sesame Chicken Strips

3 large chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch strips1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper1/2 cup flour2 teaspoons paprika1/4 cup unsalted butter1/4 cup vegetable oil2 tablespoons sesame oil1/3 cup sesame seeds1/3 cup minced green onions6 tablespoons soy saucePreheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix salt, pepper, flour and paprika in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture, shaking off excess. In a flameproof baking dish, large enough to hold the chicken pieces in one layer, melt butter with vegetable oil and sesame oil over low heat. Coat the chicken with the batter mixture and arrange it in pan. Sprinkle the chicken with half the sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes. Turn the chicken, sprinkle it with scallion and remaining sesame seeds and add the soy sauce. Reduce the heat to 375 degrees and bake the chicken for about 15 more minutes or until it is tender and browned. Transfer to a covered container and let cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
