Serves 166 cups chick peas2 tablespoons sesame oil2 teaspoons kosher salt1 teaspoon white pepper1/2 cup roasted garlic1/4 cup lime juice1 1/2 cups tahini1/4 cup diced tomatopaprikaCombine all of the ingredients, except the tomatoes, and purEe in a food processor until you reach a smooth, slightly stiff texture. Place the hummus on a platter, drizzle with sesame oil, and garnish with the diced tomatoes. Serve with pita bread, cut into quarters. Sprinkle with paprika.
