At Home at Amangiri
Ultra-luxe villas are now for sale at Utah's newest destination resort
Compliments of Mother Nature, the drop-dead gorgeous landscape of Canyon Point in southern Utah’s Four Corners region provides a singular backdrop for the new 600-acre Amangiri resort.
Part of the internationally renowned Amanresorts group, Amangiri, which means “peaceful mountain” in Sanskrit, is designed to meld with the contours and colors of the surrounding bluffs.

DESERT LIVING The resort’s centerpiece—a pavilion with living and dining rooms, a library, gallery and wine cellar—envelops a swimming pool oasis punctuated by dramatic rock formations. Beyond the pavilion, 34 suites (pictured below, left) situated in two separate guest wings offer intimacy with private courtyard entries and “desert lounges” that frame landscape views. Each suite features open sleeping, living and seating areas, a sky-lit dressing room, and sleek stone-and-concrete bathroom with twin rain showers and a soaking tub. The Terrace Pool Suites, the Girijaala Suite and the Amangiri Suite all have private swimming pools and terraces.
Resort indulgences include seasonal gourmet fare from the Dining Room’s open kitchen and Navajo-inspired treatments at the 25,000-square-foot Aman Spa. And if you can tear yourself away from the resort grounds, expert guides are available for hire for everything from hikes and treks to canyoneering and archaeological tours, to destinations including Bryce and Zion National Parks and Grand Staircase-Escalante.

Aman Villas: The ultimate Aman lifestyle
A plan for 28 luxury Aman villas scattered around, yet separate from, the Amangiri resort is currently underway. Optional features include staff quarters, home theaters, exercise studios and wine cellars. Full access to resort services and amenities rounds out the experience.
