Mountain Living traveled to Aspen to spend an afternoon listening to the summer's grand finale performance in the open-air Benedict Music Tent at the Aspen Music Festival and School on August 21, 2011, then hosted an encore reception for the organization's top donors and friends to celebrate the season's end. The Aspen Music Festival and School is the country's premier orchestral and operatic summer music festival, offering a combination of intensive one-on-one instruction and professional performance experience.
