Most cities in Salt Lake County have seen a drop in the number of homes sold, but according to Keith Jeppson with Keller Williams Utah Realtors in Salt Lake City, home values have remained strong. 2006 was a record-breaking year for Park City real estate, and though the area also saw a drop in sales for the first quarter of 2007, realtors feel confident about a positive market for the rest of the year.
